Move over, Cylons! "Caprica" just got its first real ImmortalWelsh actor Peter Wingfield announced on his website that he joined "Caprica". He will portray Gara Singh, director at the Global Defense Department (which makes him the superior to Jordan Duram, the agent played by Brian Markinson).
Wingfield's most prominent role was as Immortal Methos on the "Highlander" TV show and the final two "Highlander" movies. He also appeared on "Stargate SG-1", "Sanctuary" and "24", and he has a role in Tahmoh's upcoming "Riverworld". Most importantly, Wingfield knows how to deal with genre fans ;-)
